Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth. The role will involve conducting market research, developing business strategies, and collaborating with the marketing and production teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong market research and analysis skills
• Minimum 2 years sales and marketing required
• Experience in business strategy development and implementation
• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of driving sales growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the garment manufacturing or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
