Sale Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in innerwear or apparel brands. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent retail and distribution network management skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists. Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor secondary sales and ensure product availability at retail points. Implement sales strategies aligned with brand goals and market demand. Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and product feedback. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and new opportunities. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and merchandising. Ensure proper visibility, branding, and display at retail outlets. Manage order bookings, collections, and credit control within the assigned territory. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in innerwear or related apparel segments. Good understanding of the innerwear market, consumer behavior, and retail dynamics. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
