Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand Airflow’s market presence while driving revenue growth. This role combines leadership, technical understanding, and business acumen, requiring someone who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will lead business development, oversee marketing campaigns, and ensure strong client engagement while aligning sales and marketing objectives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Create and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to expand market reach and increase customer acquisition.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights for business strategy.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop opportunities in target industries such as pharma, hospitals, and cleanrooms.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels to engage customers.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions to build strong customer relationships.
  • Revenue Generation: Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals, negotiate deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the sales & marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in HVAC, cleanroom, or industrial equipment.
  • Preference will be given to candidates already working at a senior managerial position.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and customer requirements.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in digital marketing, CRM tools, and campaign management.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
