Key Responsibilities: Understand and communicate the technical features of HVAC products and services. Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical documentation. Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements. Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Projects, and Service) to ensure proper execution. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments. Educational Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering. MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: Freshers with strong interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in HVAC or technical sales will be preferred for mid-level roles. Key Skills & Competencies: Good understanding of HVAC systems (training will be provided to freshers). Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. Customer-centric approach with solution-selling mindset. Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tools knowledge is a plus. Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic sales environment. Performance Metrics: Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Number of inquiries converted to orders. Quality and timeliness of customer proposals. Customer satisfaction and retention rate. Lead generation and follow-up effectiveness. Working Conditions: Primarily field-oriented with office coordination as needed. On-the-job training and mentoring provided for freshers.
