Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive role, based on-site in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing sales pipelines, and building meaningful relationships with customers to drive revenue growth. This role involves presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer support. The Sales Executive will also work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine strategies and address client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and managing sales pipelines
• Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in maintaining detailed records
• Ability to analyze market trends and understand customer needs
• Organized, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in recruitment technology or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
