About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, energetic, and enthusiastic Sales Intern who enjoys talking to people, making calls, collecting leads, and supporting the sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to academies, venues, coaches, schools, colleges, corporate groups
• Build and maintain a clean lead sheet with accurate contact details
• Share basic information about ZPLYS and book demo calls for the senior team
• Visit nearby academies/venues for short introductions and leads conversion
• Promote tournaments and events through WhatsApp, calls, and follow-ups
• Support weekend tournaments for registrations & basic on-ground coordination
• Assist with data entry, lead classification, and updating CRM sheets

What We’re Looking For

• Students / freshers / early career starters or candidates upto 1 year of experience in field sales, B2B outreach, promotions, or outdoor marketing
• Confident communicator (Hindi + basic English)
• Comfortable making calls and interacting with new people
• Comfortable field visits on their own as per requirement
• Positive attitude, good discipline, and eagerness to learn
• Interest in sports is a plus, not mandatory
• Ability to work in a startup environment (fast, flexible, high ownership)

Monthly Targets

• 50–70 qualified leads
• 15–20 academy/venue visits per week
• Support 1–2 weekend tournaments
• Timely reporting on leads and activity sheets
