Role Description

Effinix Solutions is seeking energetic Sales Interns to promote our innovative engineered products and gather valuable competition and market insights in the MEPF segment. This is a 2 Months on-site internship role located in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in industrial sales, customer engagement, and market research.

Responsibilities

• Make daily visits to at least 4 customers (contractors, consultants, project sites) to introduce Effinix products and solutions.
• Collect and record detailed market intelligence about competitor offerings.
• Explain product benefits and distribute marketing materials to prospects.
• Build relationships and seek out new leads for future business.
• Accurately update visit reports and feedback in company sales records.

Requirements

• Graduate or currently pursuing a management program (BBA/MBA or equivalent).
• Strong verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive attitude with confidence in meeting new people.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
• Mandatory ownership of a two-wheeler for travel within Mumbai.
• Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• High integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
