No formal degree is required—only a willingness to learn, work hard, and communicate confidently. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing team to support lead generation, brand outreach, customer engagement, and content-driven campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to understand real-world business development, marketing funnels, and client communication. Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through social media, calls, and emails. Support the creation of marketing content such as posts, reels, emailers, and promotional material. Maintain leads, track conversions, and help manage CRM tools. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior. Participate in sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings when required. Help execute marketing campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Coordinate with the internal team to support branding and promotional events. Requirements No degree required — we value skills and mindset more than academic qualifications. Strong communication skills (both spoken and written). Basic understanding of social media and online marketing trends. Comfortable talking to new clients and handling objections. Ability to learn fast, stay organized, and work independently. Enthusiasm, creativity, and a problem-solving approach. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Skills Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Canva, Meta Ads, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Interest in sales, branding, or business development. Ability to create simple posts/reels or basic marketing material.
