We are looking for a Draughtsperson to be a part of our Architecture and Projects team. The role will include: Prepare Detailed Drawings Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings for sport facilities primarily swimming pools and associated infrastructure in compliance with design specifications, client requirements, and relevant codes. Draft construction drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, and plumbing schematics. Internal Coordination Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and consultants to translate design concepts into technical drawings. Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders. Assist in preparing drawing packages for tender, construction, and as-built documentation. Architectural Support Tasks Maintain accurate and organized drawing records and document revisions. Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with applicable standards (e.g., FINA, WSF, FIBA,etc.). Support design tasks for other sports infrastructure projects as needed. Conduct Site visits if required Skills Required: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Draftsmanship or related discipline. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with SketchUp is a plus. Understanding of civil, MEP, and structural coordination in pool design. Familiarity with relevant building codes, sports standards especially swimming pool standards. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Good communication and teamwork skills. In this role, youll be the driving force behind transforming blueprints into world-class aquatic facilities, collaborating with architects, suppliers, and clients to ensure every detail exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities: Assess site conditions and finalize pool designs with architects and clients. Recommend optimal materials, finishes, and equipment. Supervise construction activities including excavation, concreting, tiling, and waterproofing. Integrate advanced filtration, heating, lighting, and automation systems. Maintain quality control, ensure safety compliance, and oversee project handover. Provide after-sales technical support. What Were Looking For: Experience: 35 years in swimming pool construction and supervision. Education: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Civil/Structural Engineering.
