Architectural Drafter

We are looking for a Draughtsperson to be a part of our Architecture and Projects team. The role will include:

• Prepare Detailed Drawings

• Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings for sport facilities primarily swimming pools and associated infrastructure in compliance with design specifications, client requirements, and relevant codes.

• Draft construction drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, and plumbing schematics.

• Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and consultants to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
• Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing drawing packages for tender, construction, and as-built documentation.

• Architectural Support Tasks

• Maintain accurate and organized drawing records and document revisions.
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with applicable standards (e.g., FINA, WSF, FIBA,etc.).
• Support design tasks for other sports infrastructure projects as needed.
• Conduct Site visits if required

Skills Required:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Draftsmanship or related discipline.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

  is mandatory; experience with SketchUp is a plus.
• Understanding of civil, MEP, and structural coordination in pool design.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, sports standards especially swimming pool standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Email, Gsuite, Microsoft Office and CRM Systems
• Knowledge of the Indian Sports Infrastructure (Good to Have)

Experience:

1-2 years experience working on swimming pools
