Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and modify architectural drawings, plans, and designs using CAD software.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and consistency in design elements.
Develop and maintain detailed records of drawings, including revisions and updates.
Conduct site visits to verify the accuracy of drawings and gather information for as-built drawings.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve issues related to drawing interpretation.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
Strong understanding of architectural principles and practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
