With multiple in-house AI products under development, we are now expanding our Growth & Sales function to strengthen our client acquisition pipeline. Role Overview We are looking for a Sales & Growth Marketing Intern who can support our team in running paid advertising campaigns, generating qualified leads, and building a consistent outreach pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fundamentals of Instagram/Facebook campaigns and wants hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, launching and monitoring Instagram & Facebook ad campaigns . Conduct audience research and suggest targeting improvements. Track campaign performance and maintain weekly reporting dashboards. Identify potential clients (startups, small businesses, founders) across digital platforms. Draft and send outreach messages/emails in coordination with the sales team. Work with internal tools such as Sales Companion , CRM systems, and lead management platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team for ad creatives, landing pages, and content. What We’re Looking For Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager (Instagram + Facebook). Interest in sales operations, growth strategies, and digital marketing. Strong written communication skills and a professional attitude. Ability to research and identify high-intent leads.
