Job Description

A proactive and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Intern will be instrumental in supporting our sales process by engaging with potential clients, understanding their sports infrastructure needs, and providing critical pre-sales support to drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their sports infrastructure requirements.
  • Qualify leads by gathering detailed information to assess project potential and client needs.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of all leads and client interactions.

Pre-Sales Support

  • Assist in preparing detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate and feasible recommendations.
  • Provide timely responses to client queries and support the sales team during client meetings or presentations.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the sports infrastructure space.
  • Provide insights and analysis to support sales strategy and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Research new product lines, materials, and technologies to enhance offerings

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and clients for documentation, sample dispatches, and project updates.
  • Support the preparation of internal reports and performance tracking dashboards.

Marketing Support (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Assist the marketing team in managing and updating LinkedIn and Instagram profiles ensuring regular and engaging content.
  • Support campaign execution by coordinating posts, tracking engagement metrics, and suggesting improvements.
  • Coordinate with design teams for social media creatives, product visuals, and case study content.

Samples Management

  • Maintain a systematic process for managing product samples.
  • Track sample inventory, dispatches, and replenishment needs.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of samples to clients or sites.

Site Signage & Branding Coordination

  • Coordinate execution of site branding, signage, and on-ground visibility for ongoing projects.
  • Liaise with vendors for printing, fabrication, and installation work.
  • Ensure consistency of branding elements across sites and compliance with company standards.

Post-Sales Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients after project confirmation or completion.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and ensure smooth resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Support long-term client engagement by identifying opportunities for repeat business, upgrades, or additional services.

Skills Required:

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the sports infrastructure sector, with knowledge of Indian market dynamics preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of sports infrastructure products and services.
  • Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations and proposals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing client relationships and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Sales Support: Basic understanding of sales processes, with a focus on supporting and enhancing pre-sales activities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with email, Gsuite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.

Experience:

  • 0-3 years of experience in a pre-sales or sales support role, ideally within the sports infrastructure or related industry.
