What You’ll Do

  • Pipeline & Outreach:

    Prospect

    50–70 qualified leads/month

    via WhatsApp/phone/field/LinkedIn; run demos, proposals, MoUs.
  • Closures & Revenue:

    Close

    5–7 deals/month

    (mix: paid events and CRM subscriptions). Build quarterly circuits; upsell sponsor packs/overlays.
  • Account Management:

    Launch partners on time; enable CRM adoption; drive repeats. Coordinate with ops for

    fixtures T-3

  • Forecasting & Reporting:

    Maintain CRM hygiene; weekly forecast with

    ±15% accuracy
