Position: Executive – Sales & Marketing

• Experience Required:

  Minimum 1 year – Maximum 5 years (in sales/marketing/field work preferred)

• Salary Range:

  ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (based on skills and experience)

• Conveyance:

  After office reporting, it will be paid extra(monthly reimbursement) 

• Work Days:

  Monday to Saturday

• Reporting Location:

  Delhi

• Work Area:

  Field & Direct Market Sales across Delhi & NCR

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the Delhi-NCR region for company’s software solutions.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Collect market feedback and share insights to improve marketing strategies.
• Promote company products through direct sales, events, and local market activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of

  field sales and direct marketing

• Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Basic knowledge of

  software sales

  will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi & NCR.
