Job Description – Executive Sales & Marketing Company: Hawks Fintech Private Limited Website: https://hawksfintech.com Location: Delhi & NCR (WhatsApp:9873799994) Position: Executive – Sales & Marketing Experience Required: Minimum 1 year – Maximum 5 years (in sales/marketing/field work preferred) Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (based on skills and experience) Conveyance: After office reporting, it will be paid extra(monthly reimbursement) Work Days: Monday to Saturday Reporting Location: Delhi Work Area: Field & Direct Market Sales across Delhi & NCR Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the Delhi-NCR region for company’s software solutions. Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management. Collect market feedback and share insights to improve marketing strategies. Promote company products through direct sales, events, and local market activities. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management regularly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Skills & Competencies Required Strong communication and presentation skills. Good understanding of field sales and direct marketing . Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
