Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare and deliver effective product presentations to clients. Plan and execute promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and events. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare sales reports and marketing performance analysis for management. Handle customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with the product, logistics, and customer support teams for seamless operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred: Experience in specific industries like FMCG, Real Estate, Automobiles, Manufacturing, or IT. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic MS Office applications.
