Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and building client relationships. This role is key in promoting our training services and helping clients meet their learning and development goals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting LSA Trainings services. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective sales strategies. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital and offline channels. Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Manage social media accounts and help create engaging content to drive brand engagement. Track and report on campaign performance and sales metrics. Provide feedback to the product and training teams to refine course offerings. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the training or education sector. Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
