Sales and Marketing Associate

You will be joining our team as a Sales and Marketing Associate, where you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and boost sales. Your responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Nurturing and expanding relationships with current clients and partners will be essential. You will support sales presentations, proposals, and contracts while striving to achieve or surpass monthly/quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Keeping precise sales records and reports via CRM tools is also part of your role. On the marketing front, you will be involved in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and SEO platforms. Coordinating marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities will be key. Creating marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and newsletters, as well as monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to provide data-driven recommendations, will be your focus. Additionally, you will manage and update website and social media content. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and possess at least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is essential, and you should be willing to travel and meet clients regularly.
