Sales and Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Associate to join our growing team at Longefit . This role is ideal for candidates with around 2 or 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the fitness or health industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in corporate tie-up meetings and partnerships with external organizations
• Willingness to travel as and when required for business development activities
• Supervise and support the Customer Relationship Executive team
• Oversee client conversion processes and monitor successful client onboarding
• Engage with leads and drive new client acquisition
• Build strong client relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Malayalam.
• Confident, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others
• Ownership of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the fitness/wellness/health sector will be an added benefit
• Experience in digital marketing field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
