Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Sales and Lead Qualification Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying potential leads, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and qualifying opportunities through in-depth research and communication. The specialist will engage with clients, provide information about our products and services, and maintain detailed management of leads within CRM systems. They will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies, aiming to increase conversions and customer satisfaction.


𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻

  • Lead Qualification & Screening

  • Qualify inbound & outbound leads using a structured framework

  • Run first-touch discovery conversations

  • Identify decision-makers, budget signals, and urgency

  • Confidently disqualify non-fit leads


𝗜𝗖𝗣 & 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁

  • Help define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles

  • Build prospect lists (LinkedIn, databases, internal sources)

  • Support segmentation by industry, deal size, and use case


𝗖𝗥𝗠 & 𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽

  • Own CRM hygiene and accuracy

  • Maintain pipeline stages and lead activity tracking

  • Ensure clean documentation of follow-ups and disqualification reasons


𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 & 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀

Work with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.)

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound tools

Support light automation and reporting setups


𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

  • 1–3 years in B2B sales ops / lead qualification / SDR roles

  • Strong CRM understanding

  • Comfortable speaking with founders & decision-makers

  • Strong documentation and process discipline


𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

  • B2B SaaS or tech services background

  • Familiarity with RevOps concepts

  • Experience working with early-stage teams


𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘁

  • Not a cold-calling-only role

  • Not a closing or target-chasing role

  • Not a marketing role


This is a revenue operations role for people who care about building clean, scalable growth systems.
