Role: Sales and Business Development Manager

Location: Mumbai | Full-Time | On-Site

We are looking for a high-energy, driven individual who is passionate about sales and eager to build a meaningful career in the polymers and petrochemicals space.

As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of key accounts and territories
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth
• Identify new market opportunities and product segments
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Sales and Business Development skills
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building abilities
• Strategic mindset with a bias toward action and results
• Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in the polymers/petrochemicals industry is a strong plus
• Leadership or team management experience is an added advantage
