Sales Administrator

Role & responsibilities

• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
• Screening phone calls,enquiries, requests and handling them when appropriate
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Director.
• Techno commercial offer preparation and follow-up with customer
• Organizing meetings and ensuring meetings preparations for reports and presentations
• Liaising with clients,suppliers and other staff.
• Daily work management Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
• Maintain social and business inquiry portal platforms for company business
• Maintain and renew Certification any other legal documents
• Customer and Vendor data base management
• Social Platform Handling face book, LinkedIn etc.
• Evaluate process and effectiveness for company Product and services.
• Employee welfare and Event organize
• Use and Implement software applications for work methodology improvement
• Ensuring proper policies and procedures are followed
• Administrative support for company Product and service.
• Documentation and Audio, video Presentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in same field.

Must have Smart Phone , Fluent English Speaking & Writing , MS-Office , Emailing
