Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for working in the EUR shift from 11:30 PM to 9:30 PM and handling commercial terms and conditions management, price management, request management, financial transactions traceability, applying and improving work methods, and ensuring internal control compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and challenge feasibility of commercial terms and conditions based on business requirements - Verify accuracy and consistency of collected data before inputting them into the information system - Set up prices and commercial terms and conditions in the information system - Identify rejections and manage corrections in the information system - Conduct data cleaning to eliminate old, unused, duplicate, or incorrect data - Capture customers requests and claims related to commercial terms and conditions and prices - Analyze and provide issue resolution or appropriate answers - Contact, follow up, and close the loop with customers - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences - Share recurring problems with relevant internal partners to find solutions - Produce and archive all supporting materials according to the rules in force - Apply legal, fiscal, and internal control rules, recommend actions to improve work methods, internal control compliance, and customer satisfaction - Ensure operations and projects comply with internal control requirements - Implement internal control requirements for Sales Administration and Marketing & Sales teams - Define and deploy action plans on time by Sales Administration & Marketing & Sales teams Qualification Required: - Masters/Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in OTC/Order Management, preferably Cash application - Exposure to defining and applying commercial terms and conditions - Strong analytical and reporting skills - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and be a self-starter - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel - Competencies in Conflict Management, Problem Solving, Customer Centricity, and people handling (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
