Team Member Model Development Activities Plan and execute design/development test requirements. Conduct root cause analysis and develop countermeasures. Coordinate with CAE/Design teams for result validation and implementation. Manage team activities and provide training as needed. Competency Requirements Experience in vehicle safety testing such as: Seat belt anchorage, headform impact, bumper side impact, pedestrian headform/legform tests. Awareness of pedestrian safety test dummies like Headform, FLEX-PLI, A-PLI, etc. Knowledge of passive safety regulations. Familiarity with NCAP protocols and safety rating systems. Hands-on experience with UG (Unigraphics) design software. Strong team player with good analytical and presentation skills. Effective decision-making and conceptual thinking for future planning. Specific Expertise in Functional Area Openness to learning and continuous improvement. Creative and innovative problem-solving approach. Ability to share experience and train others effectively. Skilled in disseminating knowledge within the team or group.
