About the Role As a Safety Officer, youll play a key role in strengthening our airlines Safety Management System (SMS), supporting day-to-day safety operations, and fostering a culture where safety is everyones priority Youll work closely with the Head of Flight Safety and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure our operations meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance What Youll Do Monitor crew performance and ensure compliance with FDTL regulations Analyze FDR/CVR data and review Load & Trim sheets Maintain hazard and incident logs and perform trend analysis Ensure cabin safety standards and apron discipline Identify hazards, provide specialist safety advice, and support continuous improvement Conduct audits and investigations independently Track training status for all operational personnel Keep the HOFS informed on safety performance and emerging issues Promote SMS awareness and best industry practices Maintain documentation, corrective actions, and safety committee proceedings What Were Looking For Strong understanding of aviation safety principles and SMS Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Proactive approach to identifying and resolving safety issues Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skillsmitment to maintaining the highest safety standards Why Join Us?
