Position Overview: EHS Services Specialist, possessing 1520 years of experience in implementing, monitoring, inspecting, and auditing EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) projects. Effective in coordinating with local regulatory agencies and other relevant stakeholders for HSE programmes/obtaining permits/certifications as well as ensuring submission of reports in coordination with owner, contractor, subcontractor & suppliers Capabilities in training teams on implementation of EMS and OHSAS, problem identification and cost reduction results; conducted training sessions on Safety, Environment and Legal training at sites. Lead EHS audits, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up on corrective actions. Prepare detailed reports on compliance, performance, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide technical leadership in EHS for high-risk projects, including high-rise buildings, data centers, oil & gas operations, and renewable energy installations. Monitoring multiple ongoing projects and ensure the client deadlines. Support in sourcing and mentoring of project base EHS Resource. Act as a liaison between regulatory bodies, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment on safety standards and expectations. Conduct EHS training programs for workers, supervisors, and management to foster a safety-first culture. Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities. Comply and ensure implementation of the companys and the customers Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements. Preferred candidate profile Proven track record of managing EHS operations in high-risk industries and large-scale projects, including data centers and energy projects. Strong knowledge of local and international EHS regulations, standards, and best practices Leadership and team management abilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in EHS tools and technologies.
