SAC- Manager

Profile: SAC and BPC Manager

Experience - 6 years +

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Planning on SAP BPC 10.1 on NetWeaver classic and embedded. Handson working on SAC planning and dashboards is advantage .
• Work on Planning/Budgeting/Forecasting implementation from Blueprint to implementation and go-live
• Work as part of a project team to coordinate development and determine project scope and limitations
• Conduct detailed analysis sessions with end users and business SMEs
• Defines functional business requirements
• Design Planning Financial Statements (Finance), Management Reporting, Operations Expense Planning (OpEx), Capital Expenditure Planning (CapEx), Assets Planning, Revenue and Income Planning, SGA, and Cost Center Planning
• Design and developed script logics for Consolidation model and Data loading
• Design and build highly complex reports in BPC/ SAC
• Create data extractions and conversions between BPC/ SAC and SAP/non-ERP systems with extractors and ETL tools
• Develop BPC Planning objects (i.e., reports, input templates, script logic, DM packages, etc.)
• SAC planning objects like Data actions, Calendar settings, Input forms, etc will be a bonus
• Development of training material, configuration and process documentation and organization of training courses
• Prepare cut-over activities for go-live

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering with MBA Or CA/ ICWA.
2. Good insights with SAP technology platform (HANA, NetWeaver)
3. Functional expertise in Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
4. A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization
5. Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests, simultaneously managing conflicting priorities and business interests
6. Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
7. Fluent English speaking
