Job Summary:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for IT/Software development projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans including resource allocation, timelines, milestones, risk management, and budgeting.
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and issues using project management tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive agile, waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies as appropriate.
• Lead and mentor project teams; ensure accountability and productivity.
• Manage change requests, scope creep, and project risks with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Work collaboratively across departments to drive decision-making and remove blockers.
• Ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of flexibility.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project management experience

   in the 

  IT industry

  , including software development and infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience leading remote and distributed teams.
• Strong experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

   work hours.
• Flexibility to attend meetings outside core hours if required by the project or client.
