We have a global footprint across North America, Europe, and Asia, with a majority of clients distributed across North America, a team size of 300+ employees, and our headquarters in California, USA.Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in US Payroll & benefits, Workforce Compensation, Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management .The role involves implementation, configuration, compliance, integrations, and support for payroll and benefits processes.Key Responsibilities:Configure and support US Payroll (elements, taxation, GL, costing, retro processing)Ensure payroll compliance (FIT, SIT, FUTA, SUTA, W-2, 1099, year-end processing)Implement and manage Benefits Plans (Medical, Dental, 401(k), Life Events, Open Enrollment)Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, IRS, FMLA regulationsConfigure and troubleshoot Payroll Fast Formulas, Benefits Eligibility, and Rate RulesIntegrate Payroll & Benefits with third-party vendors, ADP, insurance carriers, retirement plansPerform SIT, UAT, regression testing and troubleshoot payroll/benefits errorsSupport parallel runs, payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance reportingTrain HR & Payroll teams on system functionality and best practicesWorkforce Compensation: Configure compensation plans (merit, bonus, stock), eligibility rules, budgets, pay-for-performance models, and approvals.
