Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates for Oracle roles (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, EBS, HCM, SCM, DBA, etc.)
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of Oracle professionals
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop strategic sourcing plans
• Utilize various sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and ATS tools
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes with internal teams and candidates
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the ATS
• Stay updated on Oracle technology trends and market compensation to advise hiring teams
• Represent the company at job fairs, tech meetups, or Oracle events (optional/if applicable)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on Oracle technologies
• Strong understanding of Oracle products, certifications, and project roles
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills
• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, iCIMS, Workday, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
