This role is primarily focused on Workday implementations, though the ideal candidate should be flexible and open to supporting other HCM and payroll SaaS solutions as needed, based on the project pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Own and drive
the delivery of large-scale HRIS and payroll implementations
, ensuring high-quality outcomes from initiation to go-live. - Partner with senior stakeholders in
HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance
across countries to shape and deliver solutions that truly transform how people work. - Manage all aspects of project execution —
timelines, budgets, resources, risks
, and vendor coordination — like a pro. - Facilitate engaging
design workshops, sprint planning, UAT sessions
, and go-live cutovers
, making sure every milestone is hit. - Act as the
bridge between tech and business
, ensuring solutions align with local compliance and global strategy - Bring your voice to the table in

Requirements
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of experience managing complex
SaaS projects
, with a strong focus on cloud-based ERP platforms
. - Hands-on experience with
Workday (highly preferred)
, SuccessFactors
, or Oracle Fusion
. - End-to-end
implementation
experience, with a strong understanding of compliance, configuration
, and integration challenges
. - Knowledge of
Australia and India payroll regulations
and business processes is desirable - Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager — you’re comfortable engaging C-suite, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Certified in
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
(preferred). - Confident navigating both
Agile and Waterfall
environments.
