Job Description

Establish and maintain OpenAthens Vendor communication on behalf of EBSCO customers.
Document and track correspondence in Monday.com.
Assess situations to determine when escalation to the SaaS/IPM Operations team is necessary.
Maintain and update vendor and customer contact information regularly.
Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes using the appropriate tools.
Communicate issue details clearly and accurately with customers and internal SaaS/IPM teams.
Collaborate with SaaSOps, IPMs, customers, and cross-functional teams to resolve account-related issues and support the integration of library resources.
Conduct quality assurance checks on resources to ensure service excellence.
Maintain daily records of tickets, emails, and related activities, and generate reports.
Foster teamwork and cooperation within the SaaS team.
Required Skill set:
Strong communication skills, with both technical and non-technical, internally and externally.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly productive, flexible, and seeks efficiency in all things.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to handle changing priorities and evolving customer needs.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
A proactive attitude towards addressing customer challenges and resolving issues promptly. Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Excel (Formatting, VLOOKUP, indexing etc.)
