Job Description

You will be part of a fast-growing digital transformation company, Metayb, which aims to empower organizations to thrive in the digital-first era. With a team of 300+ experts, the company focuses on creating seamless customer experiences, boosting operational efficiency, and delivering actionable insights. Your role will involve leveraging emerging technologies to deliver impactful, future-ready solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform and review GL accounting, ensuring accurate posting of revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities. - Conduct stock-in-transit, GR-IR, and intercompany reconciliations. - Support month-end close, flash reporting, profitability analysis, and working capital forecasts. - Assist in audit preparations and ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CMA/CA Inter preferred. - Proficiency in SAP or Oracle systems. - Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance. You will also: - Create, review, and close POs within SLAs while ensuring compliance with policies. - Collaborate with procurement, requesters, and vendors to resolve invoice and PO queries. - Maintain audit-ready documentation and support process improvement initiatives. - Prepare KPI reports and guide junior team members on P2P best practices. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, or Business. - Proficiency in SAP or Oracle; advanced Excel skills preferred. - Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities. - Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Additionally, you may take on responsibilities such as: - Tracking administrative expenses, supporting budgeting, and ensuring proper cost allocation. - Ensuring compliance with internal controls and statutory audits. - Identifying process gaps and supporting automation and continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors/Masters in Commerce, Finance, or HR. - Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
