Assess collated training needs to segregate them into current and future needs. Create regional strategy and action plan for training and development of the talent within the region. Assess and build the budget and resource requirement list to facilitate training and development action plan execution. Drive awareness and interest in sales training across the region. Evaluate the sales process to provide feedback on gaps and suggest productivity improvements. Create sales related content by benchmarking with competition and observing gaps during field visits.
