Hi We have an excellent Opening in Leading Bank for Supply Chain Finance & Working Capital Finance Designation : Regional Sales Manager - SCF & WCF CTC : 20 Lacs Grade : AVP Location : Hyderabad Reporting to ZSM Job Responsibilities: Regional Sales Manager Retail Assets (Wheels: SCF & WCF) The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead a team managing Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Working Capital Finance (WCF) solutions for the automotive segment. This includes dealer finance, working capital loans, term loans, and non-fund-based facilities. Key Responsibilities: Drive SCF/WCF sales and meet topline targets Manage a team of 2+ Relationship Managers across the region Oversee dealer acquisition and 360 dealer relationship management Ensure collections and zero NPAs within the portfolio Manage regional P&L responsibilities Promote cross-sell of CASA, POS, insurance, and other retail products Maximize retail conversions from wholesale accounts Monitor dealer transactions, collections, and revenue performance This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and direct customer engagement with a strong focus on business growth and portfolio health.
