RPO - Sr IT Recruiter - WFO (Pune)

Position: RPO - Sr IT Recruiter

Location : Pune - WFO

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

EXP: Min 4 Years

Immediate joiners preferred

Candidate must have experience as RPO and in Client Coordination, SPOC Coordination

Key Responsibilities:

Work from the clients office as a dedicated recruiter.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (permanent & contract).

Coordinate closely with client stakeholders to understand hiring needs.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback.

Ensure seamless onboarding and documentation.

Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.

Requirements:

Min 4 years of experience in IT recruitment (staffing or consulting firm preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience working at client site or in an RPO model is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Technically very sound, should have knowledge of most of current technologies.

Must have knowledge of Technical Skills inti IT Recruitment.

Must have done Contract Hiring /Permanent Hiring

Worked with large client: Client should be mentioned on the CV.

Technology Worked, should worked on all Major Technology and all technology ,work experience should be written on CV.

Candidate should be technically good and should have good communication.

Candidate should be Immediate Joiners max to max within 07 days.

Timings:9:30 AM TO 6:30 PM

2nd and 4th Saturday off(Sundays off)

Must Have own Laptop/Desktop with proper WIFI Internet Connection.

Max Salary-30k to 35k( Depending on experience)

Minimum 1 Year of Gap not more than that for work experience
