Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven RPO Manager to oversee our Recruitment Process Outsourcing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for one of our Big 4 IT client, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates and achieving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage the End to End Recruitment Process

Client Management:

  • Understanding Clients recruitment needs and objectives and serve as the main point of contact to them.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Regularly update clients on recruitment progress and provide strategic insights.

Delivery Management:

  • Co ordinating throughout the process of interviews and delivering as per requirements.
  • Use of ATS and other communication platforms.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure efficient and effective recruitment operations.
  • Monitor team performance and implement improvements as needed.

Process Management:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Co ordinating throughout the process with stakeholders for interview scheduling and weekend drives.

Budget Management:

  • Manage recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
