Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assess automation opportunity from a technical perspective and recommend RPA solutions
Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
Assist with the design, build, rollout, and run support for the RPA solutions
Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews/walkthroughs the architect on Robotic Process Automation
Evaluate RPA tools and provide recommendations
Assist sales team as needed to provide customer technical win by acting as technical advisor to customers
Define complexity of the process in terms of Robotic Process Automation delivery
Develop/Review Detail Process Description PDD (Process Description Document)
Develop/Review detailed SDD (Solution Design Document)
Deliver demos, technical trainings, and support for new/existing customers
Periodically review & keep updated (after due approvals) the RPA Development Standards.
Define and implement the RPA Support Process.
Define & implement the RPA Migration/Deployment Process.
Maintain Bot Library.

Skills Required:

Hands on experience & certification in at least 2 RPA tools (Ui Path, Automate Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate etc.)
Extensive experience in customer facing roles, gathering business requirements, and designing RPA solutions
Experience with customer interaction and software development lifecycle, as well as Agile project management methodology
Programming languages: knowledge of Python, SQL , .Net preferred
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
