Job Description

JD for the role.

Further Development and Implementation of new features:

Template Development and Customization: Creation and modification of FirstSpirit templates (layouts, forms, scripts) based on new design and functional requirements.
Module and Component Development: Development of custom FirstSpirit modules and components to extend functionality.
Integrations

Workflow Management:

Implementation and adaptation of FirstSpirit workflows to optimize editorial processes.

Support and Problem Solving
Consulting and Concept Development:

Consultation on the conception and technical implementation of new features and projects within the FirstSpirit environment.
Creation of technical specifications and solution concepts for FirstSpirit backend requirements.
Recommendations for best practices in FirstSpirit usage and optimization of development processes.

Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:

Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for developed features and system configurations.
Active knowledge transfer to the internal team

Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices within the FirstSpirit ecosystem.
Further development of the frontend kit integration based on the currently implemented version 4.0
Accessibility updates (focus on keyboard usability)
Implementation of design updates (according to brand guide)
Quality-of-Life implementations to maintain the state-of-the-art of corporate websites
Ensuring current Security & Safety regulations
Performance and user journey optimizations
Improvements in the course of continuous worldwide competitive benchmarking

Centralization of functionalities in the country websites (RO) landscape
