About the Role: We are looking for a talented RPA Developer (2 - 5 years experience) with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate / UiPath , along with experience in deploying automation bots or workflows in Microsoft Azure . The ideal candidate will also have a learning mindset toward Agentic AI enabling us to evolve our automation ecosystem into intelligent, AI-assisted operations. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using Power Automate . and UiPath Deploy and manage automation bots/flows in Azure environments (App Service, Logic Apps, or VM orchestration). Integrate automation with desktop, web, and legacy systems (including non-API applications). Monitor and optimize bot performance; handle error management and exception flows. Train and mentor the internal team on RPA tools, best practices, and process standardization. Contribute to future adoption of Agentic AI frameworks and AI-powered RPA solutions. Required Skills & Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in RPA development and deployment. Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath .
