Job Description

We are looking for passionate RPA Developers with 1–5 years of hands-on experience in UiPath and Power Automate. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions that drive efficiency and digital transformation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath and Power Automate.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, exception handling, and documentation.
Support UAT, deployment, and post-production monitoring of bots.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide fixes in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with the latest RPA tools, features, and trends.

Required Skills & Experience

1–5 years of RPA development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath and Power Automate.
Good understanding of Orchestrator, queue management, and scheduling.
Knowledge of SQL, Excel macros, APIs, and workflow automation concepts.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate certification (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
