Job Description

Job Title: RPA Developer (Power Automate, SharePoint, UiPath, PowerShell)

Experience Required:

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop, debug, and maintain Power Automate workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
  • Work with Office 365 & SharePoint Online for workflow integrations, automation, and customization.
  • Implement PowerShell scripting to integrate with Azure, Microsoft Graph, and SharePoint Online.
  • Interact with various external data sources to perform CRUD operations.
  • Enhance existing workflows and create new automation flows with custom conditions/actions.
  • Design end-to-end automation solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with clients to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions.
  • Identify areas where Microsoft 365 and automation can streamline processes and drive efficiency.
  • Utilize RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.) for automation solutions.
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (PAD, Flows, Child Flows, Custom Connectors).
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online workflows, integration, and customization.
  • Proficiency in UiPath Studio & Orchestrator (minimum 2 years).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and integration.
  • Experience in Azure Logic Apps, Dataverse, MS SQL, and customizing SharePoint lists (good to have).
  • Knowledge of .NET (C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework), JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with business-to-technology translation ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles.

Preferred Certifications

  • PL-500 (Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer)
  • PL-900 (Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals)
