Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to lead our Rooms Division team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the rooms division, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all rooms.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
