Rooms Division Manager

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team as the Rooms Division Manager in Princess Cruise Line Ltd, located in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the rooms division to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
• Analyze and resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of room occupancy and revenue.

• Proven experience in managing teams and leading by example.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex issues.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is essential.
