Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to lead our Rooms Division team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the rooms division, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all rooms.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
