• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, ensuring high standards of hospitality.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize room availability.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests.

• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, such as cleaning equipment and linens.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications, including booking systems and guest management tools.
