Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Room Attendant to join our team at The Fern Residency. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues professionally.
  • Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities as needed.
  • Ensure all rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance before check-in.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests courteously and efficiently.

Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects such as cleaning equipment and linens.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply if they have a strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
