Robotics Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated Robotics Trainer who possesses a strong technical background in robotics and coding, along with the capability to drive business development initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include educating and training K-12 students in robotics and coding, developing engaging STEM curriculum, and organizing robotics demonstrations and workshops nationwide. The ideal candidate will exhibit a deep passion for education, hands-on learning, and possess a robust business acumen to support the growth of the company, establish client connections, and represent the organization at various events and demonstrations. In the realm of Robotics Training & Instruction, you will be tasked with delivering hands-on robotics and coding instruction to K-12 students, designing and implementing compelling STEM curriculum, and guiding students through the process of constructing and programming robots. Additionally, you will prepare students for robotics competitions, nurture creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students. Your role will also involve Business Development & Client Engagement, where you will be expected to identify new business opportunities and market needs for robotics training solutions. You will conduct demonstrations and presentations for potential clients, travel nationally to establish and oversee ATL setups in educational institutions, collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of workshops and training sessions, and cultivate relationships with schools, educational bodies, and business partners to promote the company's services. In Curriculum Development & Technical Support, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and assessing robotics and coding curriculum to align with students" evolving needs. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in robotics, AI/ML, and coding platforms will be essential, along with providing technical support for various robotics platforms and developing students" skills in programming languages. Moreover, as part of Event Representation & Marketing, you will represent the company at educational events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network. Conducting market research, competitor analysis, contributing to marketing efforts, and enhancing brand awareness will also be crucial aspects of your role. The Required Skills & Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, minimum 1 year of teaching experience in robotics or coding, proficiency in coding platforms, hands-on experience with robotics platforms, knowledge of 3D design and printing, proficiency in programming languages, and strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Additionally, personal qualities such as self-motivation, adaptability, organizational skills, and a willingness to travel are highly valued.
