Why You’ll Love Working Here The RMA Operations Engineer will be a primary point of contact for RMA requests and will report to our on-site RMA lead. This includes ensuring that returns are processed efficiently, handling customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized RMA Operations Engineer to make a difference. This is an onsite role , where you can engage in in-person collaboration at Orbcomm’s Hyderabad, India site. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for RMA requests from customers, distributors, and internal teams. Review and validate return requests for accuracy and warranty compliance. Generate RMA numbers and maintain detailed records in ERP/CRM systems. Communicate return instructions and shipping guidelines to customers. Work closely with warehouse, logistics, finance, and support teams to resolve return-related issues. Assist in identifying recurring product issues and customer pain points. Communicate effectively with customers to provide status updates, resolution timelines, and guidance. Ensure compliance with company policies, warranties, and international shipping/customs regulations. Who You Are You’re a strong communicator with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have: High School plus 2 years of College is a must. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service role. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in areas such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent would be an advantage. Knowledge of quality control processes and industry standards for returns. Then we want to meet you!
